This experience transforms traditional gifting into an immersive story-driven adventure where children design their own bear with the help of Santa’s elves. It blends personal connection, imaginative play, and holiday wonder—delivered with the signature flair of The Wonder Bureau™.

How It Works

  1. Booking the Experience
    Families purchase and schedule their Santa’s Workshop experience online.

  2. The Elf Call 📞
    A Wonder Bureau™ Elf calls the child for a guided magical design session.

    • The elf asks questions about how the child imagines their new magical bear friend (animal color, outfit style, personality, etc.).

    • The child helps decide details—making them part of the “workshop team.”

  3. The Bear Comes to Life 

    • Based on the child’s description, the Wonder Bureau and Make a Bear Mobile Fun creates and customizes the bear.

    • Each bear comes with:

      • A magical bear(or other animal)

      •  1 outfit and shoes

      •  A personalized birth certificate

      •   Wonder Bureau™  goodies 

      • The Virtual Santa’s Workshop Portal 
        With their QR code, families unlock:

        •  A sing-along with the Wonder Bureau (Holiday songs)

        • A special holiday storytime reading of The Legend of Fairy Godd Mother.

        •  A behind-the-scenes peek into Santa’s Workshop

        • Delivery by an elf or shipped

  4. Families choose: Elf Delivery (Local Only) – A Wonder Bureau™ Elf arrives at the doorstep with the magical bear.

    • Special Delivery (Shipping) – The bear is shipped with magical wrapping straight from Santa’s Workshop.
